How we are organized
The main decisive organisation of the Association is the General Assembly, formed by the group of partners of the entity. The General Assembly delegates in Government Meetings, formed by the users' relatives of the different services, political representatives and members of the civil society, the tasks of legal representation and management. At the same time, the Government Meeting delegates the functions of management to the Director of the Entity. The Management counts on the collaboration of a Direction and Advising Committee of consultative character, formed by the directors of each of the centres of the Association.
Each centre has the choice of its operation in its competence areas. The wide range of aspects of the entity are managed by the Department of General Services through the following areas: Administration, Communication and Systems, Human Resources and Quality.
