Eina offers a variety of services to the companies that contract a person with intellectual disability or offer him/ her a period of training:

  1. Analysis of workplace: evaluation of the necessary abilities, knowledge and skills.
     
  2. Selection of candidates: The most appropriate profile for the achievement of a specific job.
     
  3. Follow-up to provide the success in the insertion:
    1. Support and training at the same workplace
    2. Worker’s follow-up during the time the contract lasts
    3. Advice and orientation in the nearby work environment
    4. Continuous training of the worker
    5. Training period

  5. Assessment in contracts of subsidized work.
